Operations Section Chief – Gary West

  • Oversee the operation of the Annual Memorial Service.

  • Develop a budget for approval, organize the program, carry out operations, and demobilize the Annual Memorial Service.

  • Provide documentation of expenditures for operations to the Treasurer

  • Oversee coordinators for flags lowered and raised.


Site Operations & Maint. Section Chief – Dewey Woody
